Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.
CSA Agreement and Cancelation Agreement
Our goal is to provide and delivery the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that we will communicate about any imperfections, but that not all produce will be "perfect."
By becoming a member you are committing to the 20 week season June-October. This community supported agriculture membership is to be paid in full before the start of the season. We reserve the right to suspend memberships if the balance paid does not cover the value of the produce delivered.
Each season is different, which makes CSA unique. This also means vegetables will vary with the season and the year. When you sign up, we grow for you for the season and rely on your upfront payment to purchase seeds, supplies, or employee payroll for the season. We stand by the quality of our products. If there is a problem it is your responsibility to communicate promptly. We hope that you enjoy being a part of our CSA!
Please note that it is critical that you pickup your order during our pickup window. We can’t guarantee the quality of the product outside that timeframe. We do not refund shares not retrieved in a timely manner. Please contact the farm for more information about putting your subscription on hold or canceling your subscription.
Payment plans will be charged to the payment preference in your account. Credit card payments or e-checks set up in your account help to keep your account current. During the season payments will be processed as charges occur, either on a weekly or biweekly basis.
